Responsible for managing calls handling billing questions.
Processing payments, explaining rates, how to process endorsements, reviewing documents.
/Net pay $*****month/Mon,Tue,Thur 7am to 4pm or 8 to 5pm, Wen & Fri 7:30am to 4pm or 8:30 to 5pm, Sat 8am to 12pm or 8am to 12pm, with two days off.

Outbound on leads, qualify consumer based on interest and time to speak with agent.
Transfer to Assured Licensed agent/Net pay $*****month + Comissions (Average $120dlls-Top $300dlls) /Monday 6:00am to 4:00pm, Tuesday to Thursday 6:00am to 3:00pm, Friday 6:00am to 10:30am, Saturday and Sunday off.
