Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Blue Yonder WMS Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for their Plano, TX/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ Service Delivery Management: Oversee the daily availability, performance, and stability of the Blue Yonder WMS.
+ Ensure all IT service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
+ Incident & Escalation Management: Lead root-cause analysis and resolve system outages, user bottlenecks, and critical operational escalations
+ Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between warehouse operations teams, IT support staff, and third-party vendors.
+ Continuous Improvement: Identify operational pain points and translate them into configuration changes or enhancements using standard Blue Yonder WMS functionalities
+ Manage, mentor, and mentor a team of WMS analysts, super users, and technical leads.
