About the Project

Contemporary Star Energy is a joint venture created by Stellantis and CATL, aimed at advancing affordable and sustainable electric mobility in Europe. The large‑scale, carbon‑neutral battery manufacturing project is located next to the Stellantis plant in Zaragoza, Spain. It will produce next‑generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50GWh.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Blue Collar Training Technician who will collaborate in the design of learning programs to develop operators' competencies and support the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operators' training and certifications.
• Support the implementation of the production training system.
• Organize and complete the certification process for operators in the production department.
• Assist in operators' promotion processes.
