Blow molding operator

Machine Operation & Setup: Safely start, monitor, and shut down blow molding equipment (e.g., Extrusion or Injection Blow Molding). 
Parameter Control: Adjust machine settings—such as heating temperatures, air pressure, and cycle times—to ensure parison/preform quality. 
Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect finished products for wall thickness, weight consistency, and structural defects. 
Material Management: Load plastic resins and colorants into hoppers and safely regrind surplus material or rejected workpieces for reuse. 
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform mold changes, clear machine jams, and execute basic preventative maintenance (lubricating, cleaning). 
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean work environment and strictly adhere to workplace safety and environmental regulations.
