Blow Mold Operator, Manufacturing/Award - $24.20/hr (Fri-Sun, 6:30pm - 7:00am)

**What you'll do...**
**Job Duties**

+ Sets up monitors and adjusts multiple blow mold machines to ensure the safe and accurate molding of plastic milk bottles
+ Identifies potential defects and makes adjustments to machinery by HMI screen and physical adjustments as necessary to ensure adherence to specifications
+ Visually inspects all plastic milk bottles for defects
+ Adheres to all company safety procedures and guidelines
+ Uses personal protective equipment
+ Operates machinery and equipment safely
+ Reports any hazards near misses injuries or accidents immediately
+ Actively participates in safety trainings and drills
+ Maintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents
+ Contributes to the continuous improvement of all safety protocols
+ Demonstrates awareness of surroundings to ensure own safety and the safety of others
