**Position: Blended Service Coordinator**
**Hourly Rate: $22.50-$27.84**
**Schedule: Monday through Friday 9a-5p, with some weekend on-call availability**
**Location: Greater Pittsburgh Area**
Service Coordinators play a critical role in fulfilling the mission of TCV by providing professional assessment, coordination of mental health services and supports, service planning, linkage, referral, and advocacy services required for a safe and healthy community life based on the individual’s level of needs. The incumbent works as a member of a treatment/service team in order to promote individuals’ mental health recovery.
