- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on business transformation, process optimization, and digital transformation within the insurance sector.
- Advise executives and business leaders on transformation strategies, operating model improvements, and future-state capabilities.
- Conduct current-state assessments and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
- Design Target Operating Models (TOM), business process frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead business process re-engineering initiatives across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, distribution, customer management, and back-office operations.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define business vision, strategic objectives, requirements, and transformation priorities.
