We are looking for a full-time IT Bitrix Assistant / Bitrix24 Technical Support Specialist to support our team with the technical setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our Bitrix24 system.

This is not an administrative assistant role. We are looking for someone with an IT, engineering, systems, or technical support background who has hands-on experience working with Bitrix24 and is able to modify, fix, and improve the system as needed.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Bitrix24.
• Modify and improve CRM workflows, automations, pipelines, and system settings.
• Fix technical issues related to Bitrix24 functionality.
• Support integrations, permissions, forms, tasks, and internal processes.
