**Job Description:**
**Job Summary:**

Responsible for managing less complex customer relationships with smaller pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Provide service to customer from proposal development to contracting, implementation, and billing. Maintain and monitor contracts for compliance ensuring maximum value is attained. Develop an understanding of the client’s requirements for their product line. Proactively outreach to new and current clients to coordinate presentations, meetings, in-services, and business reviews.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Manages relationships and service delivery for smaller assigned books of business. Serve as a resource for assigned clients and staff. Resolve manufacturer customer issues by working internally with appropriate key operational teams.
