Biology Laboratory Technician At 50%

The University of Neuchâtel is advertising a position for a Biology Laboratory Technician at 50% to be filled within the Institute of Biology of the Soil Biodiversity Laboratory, affiliated with the Faculty of Science. Activities As a laboratory technician, you will be involved in research activities in soil biodiversity and ecology under the direction of the institute's professors. You will manage a research laboratory (maintenance of laboratory and field instruments, management of products and consumables, management of the sample collection, and responsibility for safety). You will support students (masters and doctoral candidates) in their research projects, teach basic laboratory methods, assist with recruitment, train apprentices, and prepare materials for practical work (bachelor and master levels).
