Bioinformatics Engineer: Scalable Genomics Pipelines

Canadian Bioinformatics Workshops is looking for a Bioinformatician to drive genetics-first drug discovery initiatives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable Python-based analysis pipelines, implementing statistical genetics workflows in Nextflow, and ensuring high-quality code through best practices.
