Responsibilities

As a Bioinformatician, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead the design, development, validation, and maintenance of bioinformatics pipelines supporting clinical genomics and precision medicine initiatives.
• Perform comprehensive genomic and multi-omics data analyses, including NGS, WES/WGS, ctDNA, pharmacogenomics (PGx), minimal residual disease (MRD), and polygenic risk score (PRS) assessments, with interpretation for clinical reporting.
• Develop, optimise, and maintain scalable, reproducible workflows, tools, and databases to support high-throughput genomic operations.
• Build and enhance bioinformatics pipelines using Python, R, Bash, Linux, and workflow management systems such as Nextflow and Snakemake, including custom tool development.
