1. Site-Based BIM Modeler Duties

• Develop, update, and maintain accurate REVIT/BIM models.

• Coordinate with scanning vendors and integrate 3D scan data.

• Prepare and issue construction drawings to contractors.

• Ensure all drawings reflect the latest site conditions (AsBuilt updates).
