We are seeking a Senior BIM Specialist who will translate design intent, contract documents, and 3D design models of piping and mechanical systems into detailed fabrication and installation Building Information Models (BIM). In this role, you lead project-level BIM/VDC efforts, oversee a team of specialists, and ensure that all models and drawings meet high standards for accuracy, constructability, and coordination. You collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and field personnel to deliver fully coordinated LOD 400 mechanical and plumbing models and associated shop drawings.
