BIM Revit Modeler — LOD 400–500 MEPFS Expert

Planate Management Group is seeking a Revit Modeler in Pampanga, Angeles, to develop and maintain detailed BIM models at LOD 400–500. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience specializing in MEPFS systems, producing accurate models and shop-drawing quality outputs.

This role involves creating 3D geometry, assisting in BIM coordination, and ensuring models reflect design updates throughout the project lifecycle. Applicants should be proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud and familiar with BIM standards.
