Responsibilities
- Prepare BIM Model (3D in Revit MEP) & Shop Drawings (2D in AutoCAD) for submission as per schedule (Fire Protection & ACMV).
- Update BIM Model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of Shop Drawings.
- Work closely with Project Teams on drawing amendments & updates.
- Attend BIM Coordination meeting.
- Complete any other related tasks as assigned by Project Manager / Director.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Singapore (Mechanical Building Services: Fire & ACMV).
- Priority for knowledge of Singapore Standards (CP52, CP10, SS575 & etc.).
- Good skill in using Revit MEP, AutoCAD & Navisworks Manage.
- Able to work in a team, as well as independently and responsibly.
- Flexible & easily adapt to learn.
- Able to work under pressure.
