Roles & Responsibilities
- Create precise and well-structured Architectural Revit (BIM) models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Generate detailed plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings derived from BIM models, appropriately annotated for tender and construction purposes.
- Establish and uphold BIM standards and procedures, including sheet layouts, layering conventions, modeling processes, and drawing formats.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring productive collaboration and delivery within deadlines.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Possess strong expertise in Revit/BIM software, particularly in Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations and industry standards.
