BIM Modeller: 3D Modeling, Clash Resolution & Drawings

KWONG LONG TRADING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler in Singapore. This role involves building and maintaining precise 3D BIM models as well as extracting detailed 2D drawings for various disciplines, including Architectural, Structural, and MEP.

You will identify conflicts in design, collaborate with stakeholders through Common Data Environments, and update models continuously in line with construction changes. A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field along with proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is required.
