- Prepare and develop 3D BIM models, shop drawings, construction sequencing models, clash detection reports, and as-built models.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings for coordination and project execution.
- Coordinate BIM workflows to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in accordance with project requirements.
