Vacancy Description
- Develop and maintain Civil 3D models, including surface modelling, terrain analysis, and volume computations for coastal and reclamation works.
- Verify contractor’s monthly progress claims through independent quantity and volume computations using Civil 3D or equivalent software.
- Develop and apply digital capabilities for independent quantity and volume verification, including the use of survey data, drone-based modelling, and photogrammetry tools (e.g. Pix4D).
- Support design teams in transitioning from 2D to 3D modelling, including preparation of models, 4D simulation, sketches, tender drawings, and material quantity computation for engineering and tender submissions.
- Assist in preparing visualisation models for client and stakeholder presentations.
- Provide BIM support to construction supervision and project management teams, ensuring compliance with project requirements, specifications, and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
