BIM MANAGER

a. BIM Manager

i. The BIM Manager shall have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software and in establishing required processes and procedures and framework for BIM in projects in addition, he shall have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in site supervision

ii. The BIM Manager shall be familiar with various aspects of engineering e.g. Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical

iii. The BIM Manager shall possess a Degree in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent

iv. The BIM Manager shall be highly motivated and able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast-paced projects

v. The BIM Manager shall have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills
