Job Description
- BEP Strategy & Set-up: Establish the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), workflows, and Common Data Environment (CDE) in strict alignment with LTA's digital delivery standards.
- Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Lead spatial coordination across massive rail infrastructure packages, including tunnels, underground stations, structural works, and complex MEP/ACMV systems.
- Clash & Quality Management: Run regular automated clash detection using Navisworks, host cross-functional coordination meetings, and resolve design conflicts before site construction begins.
- Regulatory & LTA Compliance: Ensure all digital models and extracted 2D shop drawings fully comply with BCA regulatory codes and specific LTA submission guidelines.
- Asset Handover Delivery: Oversee the accurate creation of final As-Built models and integrated digital data (like COBie) to seamlessly transition into LTA’s Facilities Management systems.
