BIM Manager

ProspectBlue is hiring a BIM Manager on behalf of their client. In this role, you'll lead the work of turning LiDAR point-cloud and field data into accurate Revit models, owning quality, workflow, and production standards across the team. If you're doing Revit or VDC work at a construction firm and want to specialize in reality capture, this is your lane.

What you'll do

• Lead development of architectural Revit models from LiDAR point clouds, existing drawings, and field data
• Manage production workflows, model standards, and deadlines
• Run QA/QC to keep models accurate
• Coordinate with field and production teams
• Help sharpen Scan-to-BIM processes and push into automation and AI-assisted workflow
