Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled  BIM Lead   with extensive experience in  Scan‑to‑BIM workflows , capable of delivering  MEP models from LOD 300 to 500 . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laser scanning processes, point cloud management, discipline coordination, and quality assurance for high‑accuracy as‑built models. This role involves leading BIM teams, setting modelling standards, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely and quality‑driven project deliveries.
