BIM Lead — Industrial Construction (On‑Site, Finland)

Skanska Infra seeks a BIM Lead for a large-scale industrial project in the Oulu region. You will head the BIM team, coordinate activities across stakeholders, and ensure BIM processes and digital solutions drive objectives from design through to completion.

You will collaborate with designers, prepare quantity take-offs for cost estimates, and mentor site personnel in BIM tools, while exploring automated measurements and drone/virtual-model solutions for construction.
