Lead BIM strategy and execution across multiple projects, collaborating closely with Project Digital Coordinators, BIM Leads/Managers from other offices, and service disciplines such as Computational Design, High Performance Design, and Visualization.

• Define, plan, and document digital workflow strategies, objectives, and data‑management coordination for projects.
• Identify, categorize, and organize BIM strategies and issues from office‑wide and firm‑wide scopes.
• Initiate BIM models and drawings in compliance with appropriate standards and coordinate with project teams.
• Advise and support project teams in BIM model coordination, process management, and objective alignment with other disciplines and consultants.
• Prepare and maintain Project LOD Matrices and BIM Management Plans in collaboration with Project Managers and team leaders.
