BIM Lead: Digital Construction & Coordination

RTC1 Recruitment Services seeks a senior BIM Leader to develop and enforce BIM standards, BEP, and ISO 19650 compliance for large-scale high-rise projects in Dubai. You will coordinate across architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist teams and drive digital construction initiatives.

You will oversee CDE management, model quality, audits, and BIM reporting, while mentoring teams and aligning with project timelines and execution strategies.
