BIM Coordinator (MEP)

Key Responsibilities Lead the production, coordination, and maintenance of detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Autodesk Revit, ensuring full integration across architectural and structural disciplines. Support MEP engineers in developing accurate and coordinated models, including HVAC ductwork, chilled water piping, plumbing layouts, cable trays, conduits, electrical equipment, lighting, and fire protection systems. Generate project-specific outputs such as load schedules, single-line diagrams (SLDs), riser diagrams, panel schedules, and annotated views from the coordinated models. Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Surbana Jurong's BIM standards, and internationally recognized frameworks such as ISO 19650.
