BIM Coordinator (MEP)

A BIM Coordinator (MEP) is responsible for managing, federating, and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the project lifecycle. Supporting the Project BIM Manager/Lead, they act as the central point of contact for MEP spatial coordination. They work closely with engineers, architects, sub‑contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the federated model is clash‑free, aligns with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and complies with Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) BIM/VDC standards.

• Model Coordination & Federation: Amalgamate multi-disciplinary models (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) into a federated model using industry‑standard coordination software (e.g., Navisworks Manage, Solibri).
