This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate billing, invoicing, order processing, reporting, and data management across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional support to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Invoicing
+ Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Review billing documentation for completeness and accuracy.
+ Resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate with customers and internal teams as needed.
+ Maintain billing records and supporting documentation.
+ Assist with credit memos, adjustments, and account inquiries.
