About the Client: DrCatalyst DrCatalyst (DrC) is a healthcare staffing organization with over 250 billable staff from the Philippines supporting healthcare companies across the United States.
We are seeking highly motivated and fluent bilingual healthcare professionals to assist healthcare clinics with patient scheduling, appointment coordination, and administrative support.
Team members may also have opportunities to receive training in referral management, authorizations, medical records, eligibility and benefits verification, prescription coordination, and other healthcare administrative functions.
