IT support specialist
Duration: 6 months
Location : Montreal, QC H3A1L2
Onsite 5 days a week
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with AV setup for internal meetings and events
- Support and assist employees using AV systems, both onsite and remote, including G Meet, Zoom and Teams, chrome device management, projectors, audio and video conferencing
- Image and deploy laptops and desktops using standard MDM deployment tools (JAMF, Ninja1, and AirWatch)
- Okta and software service administration
- Deploy and support software to end-users
- Respond to support requests at the IT Helpdesk both in person and via our ticketing system
- Managing inventory for hardware and software
- Know and work with your points of escalation to improve the End User experience
- Improving and updating our internal and user facing Kbase
