Bilingual Talent Advisor (French & English)

You’ll step into a strategic, consultative recruiting role where you’ll help attract and hire top talent across the business. In this position, you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to extending offers and supporting onboarding—while partnering closely with hiring managers.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we find and engage talent, build strong pipelines, and continuously improve the recruiting experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Source and attract high-quality candidates using a variety of recruiting channels
