Bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter (French & English)

Location: Bogotá

Hybrid position

Responsabilidades

• Consult with hiring managers on talent needs.
• Review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) upon approval of new requisitions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to establish hiring expectations.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters on hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Advise hiring managers throughout the employment process and provide continuous updates.
• Update management teams on job requisition exceptions (e.g., hard‑to‑fill roles, aging requisitions).
• Engage hiring managers and collaborate on interview results prior to job offers.
• Monitor sourcing process to ensure hiring needs are met on time and SLAs are fulfilled.
