Bilingual Talent Acquisition Analyst (San Miguel Topilejo)

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for corporate positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct competency-based interviews in both English and Spanish.
• Coordinate interview processes and provide timely follow-up to candidates and stakeholders.
• Present qualified candidates and support hiring decisions.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
