Bilingual TA Lead UAE — Emiratization & Full-Cycle

Tafaseel in the United Arab Emirates seeks a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment from contact center roles to executive positions, while supporting Emiratization initiatives and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The role is based in Ajman with occasional travel to Dubai as required by management.
