Bilingual Sr Marketing & Strategic Account Manager – Human Capital

As part of Japan Global Solutions (JGS), this role serves as a trusted advisor to Japanese multinational clients by connecting their business priorities with Aon’s Human Capital capabilities across Health, Wealth, Talent, Wellbeing, and Retirement.
This role combines strategic account management, business development, and client advisory responsibilities. Success is achieved through building executive relationships, developing strategic accounts, creating qualified opportunities, and delivering measurable business outcomes while supporting clients’ long-term workforce and business objectives.

This role is based in our Chicago, IL office.
