Bilingual Shipping Supervisor

Overview

Westlake Pipe & Fittings, a division of Westlake (NYSE: WLK), is one of the largest PVC pipe and fittings manufacturers in North America. This role is located in the Houston, Texas manufacturing and distribution facility.

Responsibilities

• Site responsibility for coordination of all shipping & receiving activities.
• Organize shipping department to ensure smooth flow of customer orders.
• Plan and balance daily workload to meet objectives of daily shipping schedule including special customer instructions and/or requirements.
• Process shipping documents as required (pick/pack/ship confirmation, Bills of Lading, Packing Slips, B-13, Customs papers and NAFTA when applicable).
• Maintain safe, clean and well‑organized warehouse and working areas.
• Ensure shipping areas are clear and free of any debris or obstructions.
