Job Description

  • Prepare and deploy Windows 11 laptops using Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD) standards, including Autopilot enrollment and configuration profiles
  • Unbox, assemble, and set up laptops, docks, and peripherals at user workstations or staging areas
  • Safely back up and transfer user data, profiles, and settings from legacy devices to new laptops using approved tools and processes
  • Record and update asset information in inventory systems, including device assignment, status, and lifecycle tracking
  • Provide onsite or remote support during deployment to clients, including user orientation, login assistance, and basic troubleshooting
  • Retire legacy devices by performing secure data wipes, updating asset records, and preparing hardware for disposal or redeployment
