Bilingual Service Desk Agent On-Site Querétaro

Link-Worldwide is hiring a Bilingual Service Desk Agent to provide Level 1 technical support to international customers. The role requires availability to work rotating shifts on-site in Querétaro, with minimum 80% spoken English proficiency.
