Position Overview
We are seeking a
Bilingual Scheduler
with healthcare experience to manage scheduling operations, coordinate caregivers, and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role that requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client calls and scheduling requests professionally
Coordinate caregiver schedules based on availability and client needs
Communicate in real-time with office staff and field teams
Manage referrals and maintain accurate records
Build strong relationships with clients and caregivers
Support inside sales and client inquiries
Maintain updated documentation and records
Participate in on-call duties as needed
