Bilingual Patient Case Manager Position

In this role, you'll provide vital support through enrollment assistance, reimbursement guidance, and case management. With 5+ years of Patient Support Program (PSP) experience, you will interact with patients, physicians, and healthcare providers to optimize care pathways. A strong understanding of Canadian drug coverage and Health Canada requirements is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist physicians with patient enrollment and insurance forms
• Liaise with healthcare providers to determine coverage options
• Conduct welcome calls in accordance with program SOP
• Facilitate communication within the patient's care circle
