Bilingual machine/equipment plc engineer

Key Responsibilities Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules to minimize machine failure rates. Breakdown Maintenance (BM): Diagnose and repair machine failures rapidly (involving mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and electrical control systems) during production downtime. Spare Parts Management: Oversee the procurement, inventory levels, and cost‑control measures for critical components. OEE Improvement: Enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by identifying and reducing unscheduled downtime. MTTR Reduction: Optimize repair procedures and troubleshooting tools to minimize the Mean Time To Repair. MTBF Extension: Analyze bottlenecks and perform technical upgrades or process tuning to extend the Mean Time Between Failures.
