The **Internal Business Development Manager (IBDM)** plays a key role in growing Manulife Travel Insurance sales across an assigned territory in Quebec. Working primarily from home, this **bilingual (French / English)** role focuses on educating, training, and supporting travel agency partners—helping them confidently sell travel insurance while building long‑term, trusted relationships.
