Responsibilities
- Answer 5-10+ daily inbound calls using a structured questionnaire
- Complete digital intake forms with high accuracy
- Transfer qualified leads to the attorney
- Perform document collection and appointment scheduling
- Conduct follow-up coordination with potential and current clients
- Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking clients
Requirements
- English fluency required
- Spanish proficiency is a MUST
- Prior intake, call center, or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with digital forms, Zoom, and basic office software
- Professional and empathetic phone manner
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior legal or bankruptcy knowledge
- Experience in medical billing or administrative support
