Bilingual HR Leader for Mexico Expansion

Zoomlion Deputy HR Manager for Mexico will oversee the full employee lifecycle and, as the subsidiary grows, assume broader responsibilities in recruitment, ER, and L&D. You will help establish HR policies, drive compliance with local labour laws, and lead a small HR team to support rapid business growth.

Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with a track record of building HR processes in start-up or rapidly expanding environments.
