Bilingual HR Generalist — Onboarding, Engagement & Admin

The Pacha Group in Ibiza is seeking an HR Generalist to support various HR processes including onboarding and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and supporting the HR team with administrative tasks. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential for success.
