Key Responsibilities:
• Strategically partner with Operations on workforce planning
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes
• Support labor relations, including grievances and investigations
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies
• Lead HR initiatives for change management and engagement
Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR experience in union environments
• Strong background in employee and labor relations
