Bilingual Customer Success Specialist (Urdu/English)

Scents N Stories is seeking a proactive Customer Success Representative to manage our existing client base, drive engagement, and support sales initiatives. The role requires fluency in Urdu and English, comfortable with calling and following up with customers, and strong Excel reporting skills.

You will reach out to customers, share updates, assist with upselling, maintain CRM records, and produce regular performance reports.
