Bilingual Customer Success Specialist - Dementia Care

Remo is a virtual dementia care provider building the standard of care for people with dementia and their caregivers. The role supports onboarding families, enrolling patients on the platform, and managing referrals while maintaining proactive communication.

You will document interactions in EMR/CRM, provide scheduling support including initial visits, address questions, and escalate as needed to meet monthly enrollment targets.
